■ we color match exactly to your requests and bring sample colors.

  WE... match the paint onto stucco, not the lid sample or the paper sample. The color is off if not done right. You won't notice until it cures completely. 

■ we pressure wash entire surfaces.

  We never paint the same day of pressure washing because surfases have 3 layers and each have an required time to dry. Even in our Arizona's intense dry heat you could cause moisture to be locked under new paint. This is why many homes have cracks, chipping, and chalky paint.

■ we remove peeling paint, fill in cracks and holes.

 We use proper water proofing & expanding elements when filling in cracks and holes. How you repair stucco where needed to match existing texture matters. Rain and sun cause salts to break down. Rain and moisture in the air goes into cracks in caulking, and mold begins to grow slowly. Now more cracks and chipping and chalking. Oh my, because wrong caulking, filler, or pimer, causing damage to the homes exterior, the foundation, and interior tile and framing slowly over time. 

■ we seal the stem-wall foundation with waterproofer after we fill in cracks and holes with proper water proofing coating.

This protects your homes foundation from water seeping into any cracks in the foundation and expanding. WE... do this, many don't.

■ we mask all areas to protect against any paint splatter and spills getting on areas undesired.

We use plastic, tape, paper on as many places possible. Most only mask half around windows and doors... "too risky!"

■ we 2+ COATS of paint ALWAYS to all areas being painted.

So paint doesn't turn chalky too soon, meaning it needed second coat because ph level in stucco may break some paint down faster. So, ALWAYS 2+ COATS. Thats what protects your house paint for 10years. Ensures longer lasting color and protection to your homes exterior.
